Connecting with STEM Students: BioSistemika at BioFair Ljubljana

PEARL-DNA partners continue to engage with STEM students interested in building their careers in the biotechnology industry and lab digitalisation. On 15 May, BioSistemika participated in the BioFair, the largest career event for life sciences students in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The event attracted 800 participants, including students, experts and faculty employees.

BioSistemika team participated with a company stand and career interview sessions. Jan Škufca and Kristina Perovšek welcomed students at the information stand sharing insights into BioSistemika‘s innovative working methods, mentoring process, and current projects including PEARL-DNA. Jana Erjavec, PhD and Urška Čepin hosted job speed-dating sessions, engaging with students eager to discuss their motivations to join BioSistemika.
